be happy to email shipping confirmation/and or Telephone direct
to our Customers ( for this service - please fill in your

Orders shipped to locations within the UK will be dispatch
via Parcelforce postage is added to your order £9.95

Customers
Simply select your Country when your Order in the Shopping
Basket and Overseas Shipping charges via Parcelforce
Worldwide will automatically be added & displayed
within the Shopping Basket.
All Major parts of the World
from Europe, North & S America, Japan, Australasia,
the Middle & Far East have been calculated.

General Information
Manufactured
All Art Heritage Designs' Fireflies lluminated Displays &
Screens are manufactured in Great Britain.
Stock Availability
We try to display goods on our site. However, on occasions
ordered goods are not available.
If
you order a product that is out of stock we will advise you
of this as soon as reasonably possible. You will have the
option of receiving the goods when they do become available,
ordering an alternative product or receiving a full refund.
If you have ordered more than one item and only part of your
order is in stock we will send part of the order, once we
take delivery of the remainder of your order it will be dispatched
to you, NO extra delivery charge will be applied to your order.
Ordering
Out Of Stock Items
If you wish to order an item which is out of stock, we will
back order for you. We will contact you to confirm an expected
delivery time, if you are not satisfied you may cancel your
order.
 Credit
Card Security
All Credit Cards are encrypted in the software when
the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They
are only decrypted after they reach the payment system
No
credit card information is held in clear text on any web site.
Our On-Line payment facility is provided by Paypal which use
the latest 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer ), a protocol
used to encrypt your data so that it is sent in a secure manner
and stops it from being intercepted in transit.This means
that ordering via our site is even more secure than ordering
over the phone.

Our
Guarantee To You
Art
Heritage Designs' Fireflies displays and
screens are hand-crafted products made from top quality materials
to a high standard and we are proud of our illuminated Displays,
however if you are not satisfied with the display product
you ordered you are entitled to return them within 7 days
and we will refund your money or exchange the goods.
Returns
Goods must be returned complete in original packaging and
in perfect unused condition.
- In
order to make a return please complete the Returns form
which was sent out with your invoice and order.

We recommend that you return items by Registered Mail ensuring
that you have the correct insurance cover when returning
valuable objects.
-
You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach
us.
- Postage,
packaging and insurance costs of returned items cannot be
refunded. Only if the ordered item is faulty can we refund
the carriage costs.
- Return
items should be sent to: Art Heritage Designs,
c/o Parcelforce Worldwide, Rose Kiln
Lane, Reading RG2 0JD.
Contract
A
contract will come into place once an order is placed. Once
payment is confirmed the the goods are dispatched.

Illuminated screens are designed.

not use this product if any parts of the housing or the electrical
transformer becomes damaged in anyway; if this happens
please contact a qualified electrician or Art
Heritage Designs.
There
are NO user serviceable parts within the housing of the
Art Heritage Designs: Fireflies'
product.
You
can safely change the images.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
